It's been a few months since my last shop my stash, so I thought it was about time to raid my makeup stash and rediscover some of my less used products.
Here are the makeup products I have decided need more love:
Maybelline Color Tattoos in Barely Beige and Inked in Pink- Barely Beige came out a with a fall collection a year back and I love using it all over my lids as a base or just a simple wash over my eyes to brighten them up. Inked in Pink is a permanent shade and I have only used it once. Pink eyeshadows in general are intimidating for me to work with but I am determined to get some more use out of this shade.
Loreal Infallible Eyeshadow in Bronzed Taupe- This is a gorgeous brown bronze color that works well for a simple smokey eye look. I just sweep it over my lids with my fingers and viola my eye makeup is done.
Clinique Eyeshadow Duo in Blackberry Frost and Blush in Smoldering Plum- I got this with a GWP a year or so ago (sidenote: I am a total GWP junkie) and it has seen little love from me since. The lighter eyeshadow is a bit frosty and the darker purple eyeshadow isn't as intense as I would like for a crease shade. The blush is alright. It's nothing to rave about.
Clinique Eyeshadow Duo in Strawberry Fudge and Blush in Cupid- Another GWP but I do like this one more than the first set I mentioned. I think the eyeshadows and the blush are more pigmented and flattering on my skintone.
Covergirl Flamed Out Eyeshadow Pencil in 350- This was an impulse buy that turned out to be a real gem. It's like the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bad to the Bronze in Pencil form! Love it and I can't think of why I let this get shoved to the back of my collection.
Loreal Double Extend Eye Illuminator in Black Quartz and Black Emerald- I LOVE these liners! I love them so much that I was terribly distraught when I couldn't find them again in my local stores. I ended up barely using them afraid they would get used up and I would be left without them. Alas I recently saw them out in stores in new packaging. Whew, crisis averted!
Loreal Ultra Intense Liquid Pencil Eyeliner in Gray-This is another liner I love from Loreal. It reminds me of the Urban Decay Liners only way cheaper. This one has shimmer in it, which I'm not usually a fan of, but the intensity of the color makes the shimmer not that noticeable on the eye.
Clinique Blush in Iced Lotus- Man, I should rename this stash post Shop my GWP! Yet another GWP product that I haven gotten much use out of. I vow to change that!
Loreal Color Caresse Shine Stain in Rose On and On- Beauty junkies will remember that these were supper hyped up when they were released and I fell for the hype. This is a lovely pinky coral shade that is super glossy when you first apply but fades to a nice stain throughout the day.
So that's it! Those are all the products that I plan to use more in the next few weeks. I think I may do an updated post later in the month to let you know if I succeeded in making use out of all these products.
