December 2013 Empties

This past month I finished quite a few products...over half of which were makeup!  Below is a mini review of each product.  I will also link my YouTube video down below so you can watch that if you want.  Now, let's get on to the products...

Redken All Soft Conditioner (meh...no repurchase)
I bought this along with the all soft shampoo last winter in hopes of restoring my dry lifeless locks.  It did a good job at conditioning my hair but for the price ($18),  I expected a more drastic change in the condition of my hair.

Bumble and Bumble Gentle Shampoo (already workin' on bottle no. 2)
This stuff is amazing!  I can't remember the last time my hair has felt this soft or has been so easy to manage.  It's pretty pricey but I think it's worth it.

Bumble and Bumble Rich Conditioner (repurchased with the shampoo)
I use this with the Bumble Gentle Shampoo and their forces combined have done wonders for my hair.  I just can't say enough good things about this duo.  If you have dry hair and the money ($25 each) to spend, give this product a try!

Caudalie Vinosource S.O.S. Serum (repurchased)
This product was a purchase enabled by the wonderful Estee from Essiebutton.  She raved about this product last year and I just couldn't resist trying it for myself.  OMG, I love this stuff!  I'm already halfway through my second bottle.  It does an amazing job at keeping my skin hydrated and does a great job at quickly diminishing skin irritation that I always seem to get this time of year.

Loreal True Match Healthy Luminous Foundation in N1-2 (repurchased)
This foundation gives light to medium coverage and has a wonderful glowing finish.   It reminds me of Neutrogena Healthy Makeup but with a pump and an easier way to figure out your color match.  I have another one I'm using and it is my one and only liquid foundation at the moment.

NYC Bronzer in Sunny (yet another repurchase)
It took me a while to get though, but I finally finished my first bronzer!  I use this to contour my face and I think it does a good job on my NW20 skin.  This is my HG bronzer/countour!

MAC Mineralized Skinfinish in Medium Plus (on the fence...I may repurchase)
I wanted to fully love this product so much!  The finish is wonderful.  It gives a natural finish that looks like actual skin.  I primarily used it as a setting powder but I also used it as a foundation for my minimal makeup days.  The one problem I have with this product is that it makes a mess all over my vanity.

Maybelline Lash Stiletto Mascara (no repurchase)
I used to use this a few years back and loved it.  I repurchased it and almost immediately I knew this wasn't the Lash Stiletto I remembered from before.   This will sadly not be repurchased.

Loreal Voluminous Lashes Mascara (repurchased)
This product does a good job at giving my lashes volume and length.  It is my everyday mascara and I really don't want to reach for anything else at the moment.

Benefit They're Real Mascara (tempted to repurchase)
This mascara did an amazing job at giving my lashes volume and length.  It's like Loreal Voluminous on steroids.  However, it is a total pain to take off at the end of the day.  I love waterproof mascaras that hold a curl, but this stuff just doesn't want to let go of my lashes.  Also, it's a bit pricey for what I want to spend on a mascara.

Revlon Colorstay Basecoat (repurchased)
This isn't a life changing basecoat.  It works well and is relatively cheap.

Maybelline Lumi Concealer in Radiant (repurchased)
Dare I say that I love this concealer more than my Bobbi Brown Corrector?!?  Yep, I dare say it is way better for everyday under eye correcting and it's cheaper.

Have you used up any beauty products recently?
