L'oreal Visible Lift Blur Concealer

I went on a beauty bender recently and decided to pick up a ton of new makeup products.  This was one of the products I got.  I’ve heard really good reviews about it so it thought I would give it a go.

The concealer comes in 3 shades and I took a leap of faith and got shade 302 Light.  My skin tone is neutral that leans slightly cool so finding a color match in the drugstore is a bit tricky.  Luckily, this is a great color match.

The packaging is great.  I love the squeeze tube and the size is pretty big for a concealer.  The gold detailing makes the packaging look fancy.

The price is a bit steep for the drugstore at $11.  Considering that L’oreal is usually in the higher cost range in the drugstore and you get .6oz of product,  I think the price isn’t too shocking.

This concealer is high coverage.  I’m used to lighter concealers, so this was a bit of an adjustment for me.  A little definitely goes a long way.  It works really well under my eyes and covering up any imperfections on the rest of my face, which is great because it means I can use one concealer and minimize  the products I use in my makeup routine.  I was really surprised how well it held up under my eyes because most concealers fade a bit towards the end of the day but this one still looks fresh.  It has a satin finish so it doesn’t look too flat but isn’t as dewey as my other concealers.

Overall, I think this is a really good concealer.  I’m thinking about trying the other products from this range.  If I do, I will let you know how it goes.

Do you have a concealer you’ve been loving recently?

  1. Ooh, this one might be worth a try if it's high coverage! I'll have to keep an eye out for it though- I'm not sure if we've got it in Australia yet!
