Empties #6

It’s been ages since I’ve done an empties post.  Since my last empties, I got into a habit of throwing stuff out right after I finished it up.  While that’s good for minimizing clutter, it’s not so good when you want to do an empties post.  I finally collected enough empty stuff to show you what I’ve used up and what I thought of the products.
Origins Eye Doctor
This cream is awesome.  It is not too heavy but is rich enough to moisturize my under eye area.  Right now I’m working through some other eye creams but I plan to repurchase this one in the future.

Origins A Perfect World Moisturizer

I’ve lost count of how many of these I’ve gone through over the years.  This is a go to moisturizer that I especially enjoy in the spring and summer months because of the refreshing citrus scent and the SPF.

Origins High Potency Night-A-Mins
After hearing rave reviews about this moisturizer, I decided to see what all the hype was about.  It definitely lived up to the reviews and it has become my HG moisturizer for the colder months.  Although I’m moving onto a lighter moisturizer now that the weather has warmed up, I plan to repurchase this one when fall comes back around.

The Body Shop Cocoa Butter Body Butter
I decided to try out some Body Shop products during a special they had and this was one of the products I picked up.  Like other body butters, it is supper thick and leaves a greasy/heavy residue.  It did an ok job at moisturizing until my skin until the winter weather made my skin really dry.  I started pairing this with a body oil late in the winter and it worked well to minimize the residue while still providing enough moisture.  I don’t know if I would repurchase this.

Suave Moroccan Infusion Dry Body Oil
On my quest to find my HG body oil and mostly to cure my horrible dry skin, I decided to pick this up.  It’s a pretty tiny bottle and I was on the fence about whether or not I liked the spray application.  It did a good job at moisturizing but I wish you got more for your money.

Batiste Dry Shampoo
This was my first dry shampoo by Batiste and I became hooked on this brand after trying this one out.  It has a great scent, does a really good job at refreshing my hair and it gives great volume to my roots.  This one does have a white residue so you do have to be careful about that.  Since this ran out, I’ve bought the brunette and the shine version.

What products have you used up recently?

    1. Yea, it kind of makes me sad that they are gone because they are so awesome. You should give the eye doctor cream a try!

  2. I find that a can of Batiste is always in my monthly empties, it's like a ritual! High Potency Night-A-Mins is a favourite of mine, it worked so well for me.

    1. Batiste is pretty awesome so I could see it showing up regularly in your monthly empties. I totally caved and started using a back up Night-A-Mins from a Sephora perk. I'm glad to see you like it as much as I do!
